Guide Team
Our guide team is made up of professional captains who are passionate about fishing. If you are a beginner to the sport, our guides can teach you to cast to your first bonefish. If looking to fine tune your presentation to the permit, our guides will help you perfect it. To help your fishing time, private and group casting instruction is available daily on the dock.

Captain Prescott Smith
Since starting Stafford Creek Lodge in 1998, Prescott has dedicated his time on the water to not just guiding, but teaching and exploring. Always searching for new places to find bonefish, tarpon and permit.

Captain Shawn Riley
Shawn has been fishing his entire life. Andros is home for Shawn, but his real home is out on the water finding fish. From the Joulters Cays to the West Side on Red Bays, to the lakes flowing into Fresh Creek let him show you home.
Captain Elias Griffin
Elias may seem quiet at first, but you will find it is patience, combined with professionalism. While out on his boat, you are in his mobile office. Enjoy the view from his work space.
Captain Louvan Seymour “Skeemer”
Louvan is known as “Skeemer”. Walking through the Joulters or poling from the tower, he loves finding fish.

Captain Keith Russell
Keith always has a smile on his face. When it is time to go fishing the smile grows. There is no place he would rather be than out on the water in search of fish!

Captain Tommie Kee
Tommie has spent miles and miles poling and learning the waters of new areas. When Tommie is not guiding he is out on the water discovering the next best place to take anglers.
